The Cove Decor represents a fair compromise between the plasticity of the fondant and the pleasant taste of bittersweet, white and milk chocolate. It is a ready-to-use paste essentially prepared with pure chocolate and high quality cocoa butter which gives the product an intense chocolate fragrance and a soft texture. Moreover, its consistency facilitates the preparation of countless kind of finishing touches, cake coverings, floreal garnishes and three-dimensional figures which can be coloured with the airbrush, the colourings with velvet effect in spray form, the colourings in paste form and the colourings with pearly effect in spray and powder form.
